South Carolina Black Hall of Fame Finds a Permanent Home at The Renaissance Foundation Cultural Arts Center - The United Black Fund of the Midlands has entered into a partnership with the Renaissance Foundation to provide the South Carolina Black Hall of Fame with a permanent home.
