About Us
TECHNOLOGY CENTER INITIATIVE
The Technology Center started in 1999 and became a full service Center open to the community in 2000.
The Technology Center supports the vision to bridge the digital divide and to transition individuals into the information age.
The Technology Center has provided computer training to over 1600 students enrolled in the school programs ranging from age 2-17.
Children enrolled in the Bethel Learning Center utilize the Center throughout the year.
The adult program has trained 270 adults ranging from 18-83 including homeless personS.
The Technology Center has partnered with Richland School District One, Christian Academy, Citizens of the Midlands, Bethel Learning Center, Child Development Center and the City of Columbia Youth Programs.
